We had a wonderful week in the perfectly equipped and extremely hospitable accommodation. a great starting point for many excursions throughout the island, hikes and wonderful family time. Fantastic weather, beautiful views and 5 star accommodation, we (family with 5 children) would love to come back on the next island tour - it was perfect!
Me and my family had a great time for our December stay at Fishtales cottage! The property had all the utensils needed for us to do home cooking (coffee, popcorn, toast and even a pancake pan!) especially for Christmas dinner. It was so quiet with beautiful views of the bay each morning and is situated close to botanical bay, Avatar grove (big cedars and for trees) and a number of nature trails and beaches. The property is very dog friendly (dog bowls were even left in a draw to use)our dog had a great time going on long walks each day and enjoyed the space of the upstairs. The owner was always there to answer any questions or concerns I had via email, she even left us a box of chocolates for our arrival. I would highly recommend to nature lovers, people looking for some family time, dog owners and anyone looking for a relaxing break from work.
We had a great time! Got to Botanical Beach and Avatar Grove, caught four crabs, but they were all female, so had to put them back! You have a lovely place, Denise, and we really appreciate the thoughtfulness of all that you made available to us.
